To my knowledge this dress has only been found ONCE since the episode's air and at that time, which was probably nearly a decade ago now, it was on eBay for $1,600. As far as I know this is the only dress ever obtained by a River. A true UNICORN!!

I have IDd the dress trim for Time of Angels. It's a 12 mm beaded trim, originally costing $25 US from a now defunct company in the UK. I have contacted a chinese firm about recreating the trim based on samples. The cost would be roughly $4 a yard, give or take. After taking a trip to Bloomingdale's to look at pretty things I can't buy, I discovered that All Saints Spring 13 collection has a dress that looks quite similar in style to the Zeeda. The Lewis comes in the wrong colors, has additional details on the front, and is possibly different in the back. However, it's existence might be helpful for Rivers ( Read more... )

Hey guys! So I've been searching endlessly for a good alt for the Diesel jacket and nothing seems to even come close! Karmaloop has the "Hurricane" boot by Sole Boutique on sale for $98.95, but they only have it in sizes 6 and 6.5.

It looks identical to the ModCloth "Bread and Buckle" boot, and it's entirely possible they're the same ones, as ModCloth gets their stock from various brands and renames everything with their cutesy puns ( Read more... )
